Our aim is to become a platform of exchange of information on biologically active compounds in food among the specialists from many fields. Whether you are interested in antioxidants, biogenic amines, fats and fatty acids, vitamins, minerals, peptides, enzymes, miRNA or plant and bacterial toxins and even more biologically active food ingredients, you can share and expand your experience on their:

  • health aspects;

  • mechanisms of action;

  • methods of determination;

  • content in different products;

  • changes of contetnt and properties in technological processes;

  • interactions;

  • food modifications and functional foods;

  • role in food supplements.
